There are the larger lots and estate homes up in Sand Canyon, the older ranch-style houses along Sierra Highway, and the condos and townhomes off Soledad Canyon. A big single-family home and a shared-entry townhome are two different moves, and we plan each accordingly.

Yes. Sand Canyon has bigger lots and longer driveways, and sometimes outbuildings and specialty items. We size the crew and equipment to match, including help with pianos, safes, and gym equipment.
We do. Attached homes and complexes off Soledad Canyon and Sierra Highway often mean shared entries and tighter parking, and we plan the truck and route around them.
A week or two is comfortable, though we can often fit in short-notice moves. Weekends and month-end dates go first, so call early if your date is set.
